VA Big Heart Retreat is a unique opportunity to clarify your life by working through deeply rooted barriers and untying knots that may be adversely affecting you for years or even since childhood. These unhealthy and painful patterns have a way of showing up in relationships and in the workplace, keeping you from living a much healthier and happier life.
Many Retreat participants come back again and again because they work through things that would normally take many years.
Each of the five days is devoted to six full hours of Big Mind work with Zen Master Genpo Merzel, the inventor and creator of the Big Mind process. Participants will also share meals and social time together with Genpo Roshi. His 40 years of Zen training and 35 years of Zen teaching, combined with his creativity and joy in helping people discover their own true gifts make this a life-transforming experience.
Big Heart Retreats in Maui are designed for a maximum of five people; those at the Bear Trap Lodge in Big Cottonwood Canyon near Salt Lake City for a maximum of seven. Meals and lodging are included in Maui, and at the Bear Trap in Big Cottonwood if you stay at the Lodge.
