What is Zen?  What is the Zen way of meditation?  What is Zen practice?  Could knowing more about these things make a difference in my life?  Or if you’re already a Zen practitioner do you wish to further deepen and clarify your practice?

If these questions resonate with you, we invite you to join us for four one hour-long Zoom classes 11:00 am to Noon, Mountain Time, Thursdays April 6, 13, 20 and 27.  All are welcome.

We will explore the basic teachings of Zen from selected readings in The Three Pillars of Zen, sitting meditation and the Big Mind process for the opportunity to enhance and deepen all aspects of your life.  

Readings and videos will be made available, your questions and the applications and benefits of Zen practice in your daily life will also be discussed.
