  1. Dear Roshi, first: no answer necessary second: sharing my experience from today last minutes – try to express it into words. for a moment i got a glimpse of contacting/ not seeing BigMind/ BigHeart – total peace and freedom -all and nothing – somewhere between birth and death …. all insufficient words… It reminds me that I got a glimpse like this at your workshop in Copenhagen 2014/September … it is a wonder, that it happened a second moment in my life. Without expectations – what a grace … thankful and just stuttering … Josef

  2. Thank you all, it was beautiful.

I got some simple natural supplements which can be helpful against corona:
Turmeric (can help with body pain and joint pain) I take half tea spoon morning before food with 1 spoon of butter ghi.
Neem leafs, good to take with turmeric, just check quantity not sure
Muna Muna tea from South America can be great for respiratory problems
Una de gato (tea is good, I have not tried powder)kills a lot of parasites also it is great against joint pain.

  3. Thank you Roshi, Mary Ellen, Mark, and All. This was a great experience. Like many, I was feeling anxious and challenged to lead my own community. By connecting with Roshi and this wonderful group, I was able to reconnect with peace and compassion. I’m so grateful to you all! Love, Julia

  4. Quarantine Service Dedication

The Buddha turns the Dharma Wheel
and so reality is shown in all its many forms.
He liberates all suffering sentient beings,
and brings them to great joy.

We sincerely seek the beneficent guidance of the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha.
In reciting the Enmei Jukku Kannon Gyo
and in offering flowers, candlelight, and incense,
    we dedicate its merits to:

    the peace of the world
    all of our ancestors
and to all beings in the world

and especially to those who have passed on from the Coronavirus,
may each and every one of them have a swift and safe passage to the other shore.

We especially pray for the health and well-being of
all those throughout the entire world who are suffering from this illness

May they be serene through all their ills.

May penetrating light dispel the darkness of ignorance.
May we each have the courage to face our fears,
and the mind flower bloom in eternal spring.

May we ascend to the throne of Enlightenment
and realize the Buddha Way together.

All Buddhas throughout space and time,
    All Bodhisattva Mahasattvas,
    Maha Prajna Paramita

  5. Dear Roshi, Mary Ellen and Mark senseis,
I am so very grateful for these Zoom retreats and for everything you have done to bring them forth and let them shine. I’m especially grateful for the Zoom sangha and everything they have taught me.
    Deep bow,
