Finding Sanity in an Insane World
How do we remain fully human in a world driven by fear, confusion, and division? Join Genpo Roshi on Zoom exploring how genuine sanity can be rediscovered — not by escaping life, but by meeting it completely.

Event Details
We live in extraordinary times.
The pressures of modern life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected — from ourselves, from one another, and from what matters most. We search for peace, happiness, and certainty, yet often find ourselves caught in the very patterns we wish to escape.
In these two meetings we will focus on practical ways of meeting life's challenges without becoming overwhelmed by them. Rather than reacting automatically to the constant pressures of daily life, we will learn how to respond with greater clarity, compassion, and wisdom. This is not about escaping the world. It is about learning how to live fully in the world without losing yourself.
Together we will explore how to quiet the constant activity of the mind, recognize and befriend the many voices that shape our experience, work skillfully with fear and anxiety, and return to the sanity that has never left us.
