1-Day In-Person Zazenkai

Join us for a Saturday group Meditation and Service featuring a talk by Genpo Roshi at 1:00pm

75 South 200 East - Salt Lake City

We will begin at 10:00 AM for a Morning Service followed by periods of sitting and walking meditation. At noon we'll take a 1 hour break for lunch and then return by 1:00 PM for a talk by Genpo Roshi. At 2:00 PM we will meditate together again and finish with an afternoon service.

This will be a great time to be together with the local Salt Lake Sangha for a day dedicated to our Zen practice.
